First Monroe Kids
We believe that when the home and the church work together, God can do great things in the lives of our kids. First Monroe Kids seeks to come along side parents to disciple and lead children. Even though we are not gathering each weekend in this season, we are still ready to play our part as the family God has called and the partner parents need.
Join us on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 from 9:00 AM to NOON here at First Monroe for an in depth day about Parenting. There is so much to be said about discipleship starting in the home, so we want to provide parents an opportunity to learn and have deep conversations about this.
On this Saturday, we will provide childcare! When you register, there is a $25 per family fee. This will help with the childcare provided and other supplies needed for that day. We are so excited for this opportunity, and we hope you will join us! Register with the button below!
Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting First Monroe Kids for the first time:
First, find the area marked for first-time families. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child's name
- Child's birthdate
- Home address
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
To save time, you can pre-register your child today!
How check-in works
Before Service: You can check-in your child at the First Monroe Kids entrance. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the welcome desk and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, you will be given a pager. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
